Insurance Innovation Research
This was a research-based project to help the insurance industry client learn about a possible opportunity in the Home or Auto industry by uncovering the unmet needs of home and car owners through in-person interviews. I worked with a small research team during a portion of this project to help identify and create research stimuli to help spark meaningful conversation with interviewees.
These stimuli were used during interviews to help the interviewees think more specifically about the questions being asked. I did competitive analysis, and current state research to help inform the content and the design of these stimuli. I worked closely with another UX designer to ensure the stimuli were relevant to the prepared interview script.
